    The training lasted for 4 days, whichconsisted of three major sections, including the opening of the camp and theheadquarters, the expansion of training, and the study of the institutionalsystem. Through the opening ceremony and the visit of the headquarters office,the new employees knew each other and broke through the strange barriers. Atthe same time, they can intuitively feel the working environment and workingatmosphere of the group. Two days and one night of outdoor developmenttraining, together with military training such as standing posture, extremecrawling, lifting round wood, power rope, graduation wall, etc. cultivated goodcooperation of the team. Everyone inspired each other, broke through the self,and conscientiously completed each training challenge. The group systemlearning provided a comprehensive introduction to the functions,responsibilities, management systems, etc. of the various centers of the groupso that everyone can quickly adapt to the job.

    Theaddition of new forces has injected a fresh blood into the Zhongtai Group. Itis hoped that all new employees will be able to integrate into the work team assoon as possible through this training and be proactive and develop togetherwith the group.
